Can’t recommend this company enough! At 5pm yesterday, we realized that our garage door was broken. It has come off of the track and would not close. I called and someone came out literally one hour later to fix it. These guys are professional, friendly and quick to help when you need it. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Absolutely awesome company and massive integrity. First time I called, I was looking for Hill Country Overhead Door. He could tell that's who I was trying to call and instead of trying to take the business, he told me who I meant to call. Hill Country and San Antonio Overhead Door locations merged and now it is just the San Antonio Overhead Door location. Went to San Antonio Overhead Door and they literally swindled me. First, I paid for a Legacy 920 and they loaded up a 850. I noticed and told them so they went back to get the right one. Got ready to leave and figured I'd check to be sure... SAME EXACT MODEL OPENER was given to me! So I went and told them again. So this time, they loaded a opener that didn't have the app connectivity I specifically told them I wanted. They said they didn't have any in stock so I bought a Liftmaster opener. This is where things got dirty. This is not an opener I had looked into so I wasn't sure what the cost was. When I was told it would be just under a thousand bucks ($995), I trusted them. They are Overhead Door so the prices are the prices. That was wrong. The opener they sold me sells for $440!!!! The rail kit is another $140. I had been literally robbed. Took the unit back and got a refund. Immediately called New Braunfels Overhead Garage Door and he had my opener and belt rail kit, in my driveway in 1 day, for $625! THAT is how you do business. Both times I had talked to him, he quoted me prices that were fair and accurate. When I actually bought something, even though I originally went elsewhere, he still treated me fairly and honestly and didn't try to take advantage of my wallet. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! You don't have to worry about being screwed over with New Braunfels Overhead Garage Door! Please, skip the others who will try and use the name of the company they represent to steal your hard earned money!
These guys are awesome. Came to my home on a Saturday. I was shocked to even get someone to answer their phone. But George did and came right out to fix my garage door. I’m very satisfied. George and Domingo are on the case. Don’t hesitate to call them.
They were timely, friendly and patient. I couldn’t get into my garage and was locked out of the house. They were very mindful of trying to not damage my garage door while trying to get it open. End result: garage door open with zero damage. Thanks so much!
